That’s why, Girls Education First created the Girls Guide to Puberty & Period (GEFF). Our program helps girls understand their bodies and feel confident as they go through the changes that come with puberty.

Our educational materials make each topic come to life with fun, easy-to-understand infographics and videos, so learning is simple and clear. Every topic has step-by-step pictures that guide you through the ideas, making it easy to explore and discover. The program includes:

• Body Awareness: Learn to love and celebrate your body as we explore the amazing ways it changes and what makes every girl special.
• All About Puberty: Puberty is different for everyone! Our guides explain how it works for both girls and boys and show why getting your period is an important part of growing up for girls.
• Understanding Periods: We use fun Q&A sessions to answer all your period questions and teach you how to take care of yourself with confidence and ease.
